Add jquery image rotator into google site

Q: My target website is a free google site:

Access denied after carefully following your sequence of instructions:

"Open your HTML page. Click inside the page to select where you want your gallery to appear,then click 'Insert Before'." After clicking "Publish" the following prompt appears:

Access is denied Unable to open file " C:/Document and settings . . . "

I tried clicking Internet options: Delete Browsing History option--read that online--makes no sense to me--didn't work all the same.
