Q: I recently purchased the commercial version of your product. It intended to support 1 website.
When we installed the application.it didn't start. Also if there is any specific software that is required to run and what versions please let me know.
A: Try to do the following:
Control panel -> System -> Advanced system settings -> (Performance) Settings -> Data Execution Prevention.
Turn off DEP or add WOWSlider in the exception list.
