Cannot upload zip html slider to WP

Q: Good Morning Sirs,

I just purchased the wowslider-Biz and have received the download email but my Wordpress site will not load the file.

Im using Mac OS 10.9.5 on a Mac Mini with a 2.3 GHz Intel core i5 processor and 8 gigs of memory

I have followed the install instructions the problem is that the file I download is not a .zip file but a .dmg. Is there any way you can send me a pure .zip file?

I've tried to remove the .dmg extention and add the .zip and then it will no do anything

Urgently need your help on this matter!

A: You should not upload the installer file as WP module. Please, install wowslider app using .dmg file and follow the instructions:
